Christopher brings over 22 years of real estate experience and more than 12 years managing turnkey rental portfolios across multiple states. He leads BIG Alamo Realty’s strategy, owner education, compliance, and investment guidance. With deep expertise in property acquisition, portfolio growth, and operations, Christopher ensures every property is managed with honesty, efficiency, and long-term vision.

Stephanie oversees all financial operations for our property owners and investors, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and confidence at every step. She manages monthly financial reporting, annual budgeting, and owner distributions while providing detailed performance insights. Stephanie also reviews capital needs, long-term financial planning, and portfolio health to help owners make informed decisions.

Heather leads daily property operations with a focus on organization, communication, and consistent results. As Managing Partner and Lead Property Manager, she oversees tenant relations, maintenance coordination, lease compliance, and property performance. Heather also guides process improvements, onboarding, and team development. Her proactive management style ensures owners experience smooth operations, steady returns, and a high level of professional care across their portfolios.

Mark works directly with buyers and investors, helping them identify the right properties and guiding them through every step of the acquisition process. He provides market insights, property evaluations, and strategic guidance tailored to each client’s goals. Whether analyzing investment opportunities or helping buyers navigate negotiations, Mark’s knowledge and client-focused approach ensure a smooth experience and strong long-term outcomes.
